When you buy a Blueprint, this is the agreement between us. It's short, it's in plain language, and there is nothing hiding in it. By purchasing or using a Human Blueprint report, you're agreeing to what's on this page.
01What you're buying
A Human Blueprint is a personalized digital report: written specifically from the birth details you provide, generated fresh for your chart, and delivered to you by email as a private web link. It is made once, for you, and cannot be restocked or resold.
02All sales are final
Because every Blueprint is a one-of-a-kind digital work produced from your personal birth data, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable once your report has been generated.
That said, we stand behind the work. If your report never arrives, arrives broken, or was generated from details you told us were entered wrong, write to us at [email protected] and we'll make it right, including regenerating your report.
03Delivery
Most Personal Blueprints arrive by email within about 20 minutes of payment confirmation; Relationship Blueprints take about 35 minutes. Each report is generated fresh and never rushed. During rare periods of high demand it can take up to a couple of hours, but it always arrives.

04What your reading is, and isn't
Your Blueprint is written for self-reflection, insight, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Read it as a mirror to think with, not a prescription to follow, and make important life decisions with the help of the appropriate professionals.

06Governing law
These terms, and any purchase made through this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
